From
around 63 to 1970 there must have been around 30 different musicians
playing in the Mighty Vikings line up. At one point they were a 15-piece
band.
The band was well into Rock Steady and Reggae but with a
different line up after Derrick Harriott became the main vocalist.
Basically "Desmond Miles' Seven" and "Crystallites" are the same
musicians in the studio.
Most musicians play in various bands or
studio outfits under different names according to the producer. Some of
these musicians were regular Studio 1 -Treasure Isle - Dragoneers (
Dynamics/WIRL) session players.
